When trading on Dackoo, you agree to:

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent our policies

Dackoo charges fees for trading, deposits, and withdrawals. All fees are clearly displayed before you complete a transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with advance notice.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental assessments associated with your use of the platform.

Dackoo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Unauthorized access to your account
• Technical failures or service interruptions
• Third-party actions or services
• Your violation of these terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you must withdraw your funds within 30 days.
